Tips:

Some tags such as "New York City" are more popular than other tags. If your GIFs are not appearing it might be because other GIFs are outranking your GIFs. To increase the rank of your GIFs you will need to increase the views and number of people using your GIFs.
GIPHY "optimizes" your GIFs so the quality of the GIF will be lower than saving your GIFs on your phone and using them from your photos folder as described below
